Lalit Deshmukh is a professional fine art photographer living in the Pacific Northwest. Lalit is very passionate about nature, where he draws much of his inspiration for photography. He enjoys capturing special moments in nature and evoking emotions via the compositions and light.

Lalit has spent more than 20 years exploring and photographing the United States and India. He has presented his work in various exhibitions. He has provided training in Landscape and Nature Photography in the classroom and on the field, including India, Srilanka as well as the USA.

Lalit is a passionate teacher and has taught more than 2000 students in the last ten years in India. Most of them now enjoy photography as a hobby. Some of them have accepted this as a career under Lalit’s guidance and continue to grow. In the year 2011, Lalit formed Impressions Photography Workshops and Expeditions, an associates network organization that strives to provide knowledge, experience, and help achieve the creative and artistic goals of passionate people.

Lalit’s work has been recognized by Canon USA in November 2020. He also made his solo exhibition on landscapes named “Art by Earth” at Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai in May 2015. In India his work is exhibited by Kirloskar Vasundhara International Film Festival, Judges’ exhibit in Wild Reflections as well as at the Impressions Exhibition.  Lalit has presented his work in the USA at Idaho Photographic Workshop, Western Idaho Fair. “Giripremi” [Translated as Mountanlovers], a nonprofit organization focused on climbing the highest peaks in the world have honored Lalit’s work with an annual calendar published with images photographed by Lalit in the Himalayan region since the year 2009

Lalit has provided training in Landscape and Nature Photography in the classroom and on the field, in India and abroad. He is also an invited speaker on Photography in various institutes including Iowas State University, USA, corporate organizations like Tata Technologies, Ideas, Infosys, and more. India’s largest selling photography magazine “Smart Photography” ran an article on Lalit as a Master Craftsman in the July 2015 issue. Lalit has also published photographs in smart photography. “Hamsa” a Marathi magazine also ran a story called “निसर्गचित्रांचा कवी” (Poet of Nature images) on Lalit during the Diwali Edition 2016.

Lalit occasionally directs documentary films. His art film called “माझयासाठी लडाख ” (Mazyasathi Ladakh – Ladakh for myself  ) has been praised by many.  He made a documentary film funded by Global Forest Watch for Ecological Society in Pune, called “A Saga of a Forest: Northern Western Ghats  – Then & Now“, focusing on a problem of environmental destruction in the forests of the northern western ghats. He has also written scripts for documentaries related to social, economical, and environmental problems.

Brought up in India and graduated in Electronics from Pune, India. Later completed his Masters in Computer Science from Ohio, United States. He comes from 12 years of profession in the software industry. He now stays in Seattle, the USA with his family and enjoys exploring Pacific Northwest. He travels to India to lead photography workshops and tours and work on his project “Unseen India”.

Sarang is a passionate nature & travel photographer based in Pune. An ardent lover of nature, Sarang’s love for photography emerged from his love for trekking. A trained mountaineer from the Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering, he has trekked through several mountain ranges in the Western Ghats. Through his interaction with nature, he developed an eye for compositions. His fascination with the moods of nature and the interaction of birds, animals, and landscapes has only grown with time. His photographs are promisingly beautiful, exuding simplicity and expression, but never compromising on the realism of the situation. 

He has been mentoring many wildlife, landscape, travel photography tours, and workshops across India for the last 8 years, conducted by Impressions.

Sarang has won awards in National Geographic and Discovery channel contests. An award-winning Wildlife & Travel Photographer, whose work is presented in various books and magazines and won multiple awards. His knowledge about the jungles, experience of leading many photography tours, and passion make him one of the very favored wildlife photography experts. 

Sarang also offers photography services mainly in Interior – Architectural portfolios as well as Portraits, Products, Food & Other advertising photography projects.

Saee Bhurke is a professional photographer from Pune.

Coming from a strong family background of photography, Saee is established as a full-time professional photographer for the last 8 years. ( since 2012 ).

Saee’s passion for exploration and unique travel experiences is the key inspiration behind her uniquely framed photography works. With the help of the inheritance of Art from her family, Saee loves to compose and design her photographs to tell a story with her creative vision.

Her dedication to photography has taken some of her Nature & Travel photographs to many reputed & internationally recognized photography platforms, and have been published and awarded many times.

Always keen on learning and trying new things has helped Saee in growing as a photographer.

Saee has been mentoring many basic and advanced photography workshops and photography tours for the past 9 years with Impressions Photography Workshops & Expeditions, across India and also internationally.

Saee offers photography services mainly in Architectural & Lifestyle portfolios as well as Fashion, Portraits, Products, Food & Other advertising photography projects.

My photography journey started around 10 years ago in my hometown of Pune, where I would go out and sit for hours to get a good photo of the Kingfishers around me. The long hours paid off, and I decided to become a professional photographer. I then continued to explore the technicalities of photography, a little on my own and a little from others. A few years down the line, I started teaching photography and taking specialized wildlife photography tours all around India. This helped me meet new people and extensively travel, which helped me grow as a photographer, as well as a person. For the past 5 years, I am a full-time professional photographer, specializing in architectural photography, product photography, food photography, and Industrial photography. I am always looking for opportunities to learn new genres of photography and enjoy studying and executing the intricacies.  

Snehal is an artist by nature. Snehal likes capturing wildlife, nature, and landscape photographs.

She has spent more than 4 years, exploring Nature and wildlife photography. She teaches workshops and leads photography tours with Impressions photography workshops and Expeditions.  

Snehal is a practicing architect and Interior designer and has her working base in Pune. She is also an accomplished painting artist.

Manasi is an avid nature lover and a passionate landscape photographer. Company Secretary by prior profession, she now spends much of her time traveling and hiking through the mountains. She loves to take the roads less traveled to explore some offbeat landscapes and culture. When not traveling, she spends a good bit of time writing her travel stories.
